Jan Dégallier is an executive-level finance professional and certified public accountant who has been leading teams and successfully achieving results for more than 25 years in a broad spectrum of corporate environments and industries.
With an achiever mindset she has advanced her knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills in the business world.

MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Upon obtaining my BSB - Accounting degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, I built my career by advancing my knowledge and expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership development over the past 25+ years by serving companies as follows:
During my tenure at a Big 4 accounting firm, I advanced to a position of audit manager, leading and serving clients across multiple industries, both domestic and international, public and privately held companies.
Hands-on experience serving an entrepreneurial small business manufacturer and retailer by leading accounting functions and advising the business in the plans, processes, and procedures impacting the financial actions of the company.
Spanning over the past 15 years, I served as a corporate assistant controller and treasurer at a leading multi-national industrial distribution company. Through leadership of multiple corporate finance and accounting teams, I was responsible for facilitating the complexities of finance activities to support the growth of this publicly traded company from revenues of $1 billion to over $5 billion and the expansion to more than 50 domestic and foreign entities.
My heart for people has sparked a passion for leadership development and the need to maximize potential in individuals, teams, and organizations. As a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team, I have enhanced my skills and developed dynamic resources to guide others to envision their purpose, inspire them to focus on growth, and build towards their potential with confidence.

I whole-heartedly believe the key to success comes from intentional focus on strong leadership. Developing the leaders around us produces immeasurable returns on our most valuable assets, our people. This belief drives our mission at Dégallier Leadership Solutions.
